I highly recommend Dr. Adrouny and her team at the Village Wellness! The team is amazing, caring, and really make the journey of having our first baby very comfortable. Julie has been a great guide during the start of this process. My wife has been so excited to find a good team during this experience. They offer many classes to help you along the pregnancy journey and made it easy for us soon to be dad's! Thank you Dr. Adrouny, Julie, and team!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending two “labor lounge” classes and have thoroughly enjoyed both of them! The class is for birthing parents who are 37 weeks pregnant or later to help get baby into the optimal position. The class is a combo of prenatal yoga and spinning babies type exercises and the results speak for themselves. I was 0 centimeters at 37 weeks and after two classes I’m 2-3 centimeters and baby has dropped! My only “complaint” is that there is very little lounging in labor lounge and this Mama is tired! I’m going again tomorrow not only because it’s a great class but because the vibe and community are so wonderful. ❤️

As a first-time mother, I had no idea how much truly went into this journey. When people say, “It takes a village,” they’re not talking about raising a child—it takes a village to help a family grow. For me, Adrouny Village Wellness has been that village. Dr. Adrouny supported me through all the ups and complications of my pregnancy and ensured her team became my village. From the incredible doula Susan, who was vital in helping me survive all the challenges of pregnancy and delivery, to the kind and reassuring PA Kara, who eased my postpartum concerns time and again, to the joy the dance instructor Jadean brings my little one every time he sees her—each person has made an impact and positive difference. Adrouny Women’s Health and Adrouny Village Wellness have ensured that I never felt alone, that I was supported every step of the way, and that I now have a second family who will continue to be there for me and my own family.
