I came to Grace for fertility assistance and am SO glad I did! It was my first acupuncture experience, which she made wonderful. Spoiler alert … it worked! I saw her prior to, and throughout my pregnancy, each time was so relaxing; the office environment and private rooms have a spa-like quality. She really cares for and listens to her patients, I truly can’t recommend Grace enough!!!

If anyone is considering going to acupuncture, I say do it! I’ve been seeing Grace for about two years now and I would say she has changed my life. I was on birth control for about 15 years and I decided to get off the pill when I got married and was ready to start a family. I originally got on the pill at a young age because my period were very heavy and I had really bad cramping. When I got off the pill, all those symptoms came back. I got hot flashes, migraines, terrible acne and the pain was so bad I thought I was going to pass out a few times. Telling all this to a friend was the best decision I made because she suggested I talk to Grace. After the first phone call I had with Grace, I finally felt like there was hope and that my symptoms aren’t “normal” and I don’t have to be in this pain every month. Just after one session with Grace my hot flashes and migraine disappeared. I’ve also always had anxiety my whole life and never thought of acupuncture as something that can help but after every session, I feel reset and refreshed and the anxiety disappears. I have not have a migraine or a hot flash due to my period since I’ve started seeing Grace and my cramps are so much more manageable and sometimes they aren’t even present. I am so thankful the universe led me to Grace and I am thankful for everything Grace and acupuncture has done for me. Grace is amazing at what she does and she is such a sweet, kind soul. l always look forward to my next session with her.

Grace is an amazing acupuncturist! She is gentle with the needles, takes the time at the start of every session to understand how you are feeling and to talk through any physical concerns that she can relieve for you. Grace also has so much knowledge on fertility and pregnancy and really supported me through both of these journeys. I cannot recommend her enough!

Grace is amazing. Grace was recommended to me after i moved from out of state and lucky me, I was one and done with finding an acupuncturist. She listens. She loves what she does and cares for her clients immeasurably. Also, she has a gentle gentle touch. You’ll rarely know she put a needle in you! 😉

Please give acupuncture a try - you won't regret it. Grace Bolton is wonderful. She is very professional, incredibly kind, and sincerely cares about your health. My very first visit was related to shoulder pain. As I came in, we spent the first 30 minutes talking about my health in general, not only the immediate issue on hand. After only one visit, the combination of Grace's magic with needles and cupping therapy did its wonders and the next day I felt much better - both physically and mentally. Ever since, I've visited Abundance Health many times to address any physical discomfort or anything stress-related I might have had, or even without any specific problems - mostly to stay in good shape and spirits I guess. It feels very comfortable talking to Grace about whatever health or emotional issues I might experience and it makes the treatment feel very personal. I love cupping therapy Grace does after the main procedure - makes you feel so good, especially on the next day. Another episode I would like to mention that would describe Grace as a person would be when our whole family had COVID. Grace was checking daily on us, just to see how we all were doing. She sent us herbs that greatly helped us all. Thank you so much, Grace! 🙏 I highly recommend Abundance Health to anyone wanting to try acupuncture for healing. It does work.
